In the past, it happened too often that I did not manage to go to the toilet every day. As soon as I started to adopt this very easy tip, my constipation problems went away.

What are the Do's and Don'ts of eating fruits?


Do's:


Eat at distance from meals: fruits are best consumed at least two hours apart from meals, not to alter digestion. A very easy way to workaround this issue is to have fruits for breakfast.


Consume by themselves: fruits are best enjoyed by themselves or accompanied with yogurt, for a better assimilation.


Enjoy whole fruits: blended fruit isn't nutritionally equivalent to the same fruit left whole, as blending can break down insoluble fibers.


Don'ts:


Peel off the skin: it is highly rich in vitamins and nutrients. Instead, wash the fruits well, and purchase them organic, as much as you can.


Eat them straight from the fridge: consume your fruits at room temperature for best nutritional value and taste.
