The process

Initial Consultation
We begin with a one-hour confidential session to understand your constitution and assess lifestyle factors affecting your wellbeing.

Analysis and Recommendation
After our initial session, I will work to tailor a specific diet plan for you and suggest realistic habit changes. Herbal supplements may also be recommended to support healing.
3
Follow-Up Consultation
After 3 weeks, we would meet again (this time for about 30 minutes) to monitor the progress.
4
Reassessment
After the follow-up session, I will refine your diet plan and herbal supplements recommendations. By this stage, most people already start recognizing the root causes and moving toward balance. For deeper issues, follow-up sessions may be needed.
